This morning saw the second edition of "mate versus mate, state versus state, date versus date". Its not quite the same reading as watching, but even if it was on live (which I doubt) I was at work from 11 to 12 this morning.
There is hope though, with a bit of luck those smashers at the ABC will have archived Roy and H.G.’s call of the event, one of the sporting year’s highlights.
<update>I couldn’t find the audio from the masters of the microphone, but the game was shown live on Sky Sports, and repeated at a reasonable time this evening for me to view. Sweet </update>
